Dry vinous cider cofermented with blackberries and blueberries to fully dry… all the flavour constituents with none of the sugar left. Blend back in a tiny amount of black cherry, blackberry and blueberry at packaging and although technically still dry, the berry juiciness is resurrected. Cuz that’s magic.
