Currently, Vessel’s in-store and online Crewmember Loyalty Programs are administered separately. If you would like to use your In-store points for an online purchase or your online points for an in-store purchase, please contact us by using the form submission below (scroll to the bottom of this page).

Earn Crewmember Points with every purchase.

When it comes to shopping online, we know you'll want more than just a bottle of our delicious libations. That's why we offer our Crewmember Points program completely free of charge. Every dollar you spend at Vessel converts into a Crewmember Point, which means you earn dollars as you spend to use towards your next purchase. This is just part of our pledge to make shopping online more accessible and beneficial for our customers across BC.

How can you join?

Only registered customers are eligible, and membership is free. Non-registered customers or "guest checkouts" are not eligible to participate. If you are an existing customer, you will earn Crewmember Points automatically once you login to your customer account and make a purchase. If you are a new customer, take a moment to create an account and start earning Crewmember Points on every purchase. If you are new to Vessel, please click this link to register.

How do you earn Crewmember Points?

1. Login to your customer account or register.
2. For every $1 you spend (taxes & shipping excluded) you will automatically earn 1 Crewmember Point.
3. Your Crewmember Points balance will be confirmed when checking out??
4. Your Crewmember Points balance will also be printed on your invoice receipt??
5. Your Crewmember Points will be deposited into your account once your purchase has been fulfilled (picked-up, delivered or shipped)

What are your Crewmember Points worth?

100 points = $1.00

How do you spend your Crewmember Points?

Once you have accumulated a minimum 100 Crewmember Points you can start to redeem. 

To use your Crewmember Points on your next purchase, click on redeem and select the number of points (must be in whole dollar increments) you wish to use and you will receive a discount code. This code will automatically be entered in the discount code box at checkout. You will also receive notification with the code in case you wish to proceed with your purchase at a later date. The discount amount for the Crewmember Points redeemed will be subtracted from your total shopping cart subtotal on applicable items.

Any Crewmember Points that are earned on a purchase using Crewmember Points can only be used on future purchase, they cannot be applied to your current purchase.

• Logging into your customer account
• Checking the invoice from your last purchase

• Vessel’s Crewmember Loyalty Program is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn points with qualifying purchases on vesselliquor.com.
• Crewmember Points cannot be applied towards taxes & shipping.
• Crewmember Points cannot be transferred to another party.
• Crewmember Points are promotional and have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
• Crewmember Points will be deposited into your customer account the same day your order is fulfilled (picked-up, delivered or shipped).
• If you return, exchange or cancel any part of your order you will not receive Crewmember Points for the item(s) cancelled, returned or exchanged. Your account balance may be adjusted to reflect your final purchase.

To register for a Crewmember account, fill out a registration card, available at any checkout or customer service. Leave the registration card with one of our staff and your account will be entered in our system and active within 7 days. Your member number is your telephone number.

You can begin to use your points after your first purchase upon becoming a member. Save up your points for a special purchase or use your them as you go. They can be redeemed in any amount.
