Online & In-store Purchases
At Vessel, our team works hard to ensure we sell only quality wines, spirits, and beer, and we strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
Only items directly sold by Vessel Liquor Store may be returned and must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Product must be returned unopened, untampered and in saleable condition with the exception of faulty product (see below).
In the unlikely event that the goods received are visibly faulty, defective or not as ordered you may return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund, including shipping (if applicable).
If you have ordered or purchased in error or are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return as new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund. In this case items will be returned at your expense (if applicable) and any original shipping or delivery fees will be forfeit.

Your return will be processed promptly when the goods are received at our location but the refund will not appear on your bank or credit card statement for up to 14 days depending on credit card issuer's policies and banking processing times.

Damaged or Faulted Product
BC Liquor Board policy requires name, contact information and reason for return of all damaged or faulted products.
If you are unable to return the product to the store, online order returns may be subject to a return shipping charge.
If you have any concerns shipping an opened bottle of wine, please contact us here.
Special Event Purchase
Vessel will accept returns of up to 25% of the value (pre tax) of the original purchase with valid receipt. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the original date of purchase and are subject to a 5% restocking fee. No returns on special orders.
Returns must be in saleable condition.
Saleable condition means that the product:
- is unopened with caps, seals, labels, and original packaging intact and with no visible tampering
- is in its original condition
- is in its original selling unit (e.g. full case)
- no evidence of deterioration with age
Special Orders
All special orders of non-stocked products are final sale.
