
Sons of Vancouver - Falernum Liqueur
Falernum is best known in modern times as a sweet and spicy cocktail syrup, but was historically a rum-based drink commonly consumed in the Caribbean. We’ve crafted ours with a mix of traditional spices such as clove and cinnamon, house-made ginger distillate, lime oil, bitter almond, and sweetened it with Demerara sugar to give it a dark, rich mouthfeel.
At 25% alcohol, it’s sweet enough to use in place of falernum syrup, but delicate enough to sip over ice or with soda. The perfect addition to any tropical cocktail -- we recommend a zombie or a nuclear daiquiri if you're feeling daring.
