Creek & Gully Cider - Plum

Plum is a small batch cider made by macerating whole Italian Kiss plums in Crabapple juice for one week. The rolling hills of the farm have plums planted on key embankments as a way to decrease erosion. There is not enough fruit for wholesale farmed production, and while in the past they may have been forgotten, they are now turn them into cider instead!
