What is natural wine? The definition varies, but for most, it refers to wines that are farmed and made with minimal intervention, and no chemical intervention. There are no inputs into the wines, and no outtakes. Sulphur is kept to a minimum. And most importantly, the wines closely reflect the person, place, and vintage.
