His guiding philosophy is that low intervention winemaking is the best way to make wines that truly show their terroir. He honed his technical winemaking skills by studying and working with the best in the industry, including Pernod Ricard and Grupo Penaflor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vineyards are cared for by Andrew Moon. Originally from Australia, Andrew has a Diploma in Viticulture from Melbourne University as well as a Trade Certificate from Brit Bendigo. Andrew has worked at Ormonhill Vineyards, Colbinabbin Estate, and Freeman’s Bridge. He’s also known for making a really good stout beer! The \u003cem\u003eTinhorn Creek Vineyard\u003c\/em\u003e on the west bench gives the vines front row seating to the sunrise and sweet morning light–Gewürztraminer and Muscat love it.
