He joined the cellar team at Thomas \u0026amp; Vaughan Estate Winery in the Niagara wine region and received his Certificate in Oenology and Viticulture in 2001 from Brock University.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSumac Ridge\u003c\/strong\u003e red wines are smooth and medium bodied, with enough oak the give them personality.
